Disinfection of packaging systems and food-contact surfaces without the need for rinsing.
Disinfection of irrigation water to eliminate biofilm in pipes and droppers. Food technological adjuvant to wash fruit and vegetables, as well as fourth range products. No need to rinse.

La biopelícula (biofilm en inglés) es uno de los principales problemas que se encuentra en las instalaciones industriales, pudiéndose detectar en industrias alimentarias, centrales de climatización, estaciones desaladoras y en centros de residuos urbanos.

Cabe destacar en primer lugar, que a pesar de las grandes ventajas desinfectantes que presenta el O2Cl, explicadas en un post anterior, las soluciones tradicionalmente comercializadas presentan garantías sanitarias limitadas, al ser productos con un alto nivel de impurezas (productos estabilizados) o por tener una alta volatilidad (productos generados in situ y de uso en 48 horas).
